Many users face frequent logout issues from Nodepay accounts. This is especially common with Herond browser, which is recommended by the project team.
Solution via Herond Browser
If you're using Herond, follow these steps:
- Open browser settings (three dots in top right corner)
- Find "Passwords" section or use search
- Click "Add" to create new entry
- Enter:
- Site: app.nodepay.ai
- Username: your login
- Password: your password
- Save the entry
Additional Settings
After saving password:
- Disable "Remember me" when logging into Nodepay
- Login using browser's auto-fill feature
- Don't enter data manually if browser offers saved credentials
This method significantly reduces login errors and red notifications in the interface.
Alternative Browsers
If issues persist, try:
- Google Chrome with password sync enabled
- Mozilla Firefox with login data saving
- Microsoft Edge with built-in password manager
